The initiative was informed by the need to provide close care, attention and monitoring of HOREC’s younger children. The children are young and walking longer distances to attend school was of great concern. Being closer to the Home and house parents ensures their development is given utmost observation.
The school also opened its doors for the community’s children who could not afford the high costs of Kindergarten education in the private institutions within the locality. Day care is also provided for the children other than just lessons. The school accepts children between 3years and 6years of age, before they transit to primary school.
